Basic rate
Our charges are transparent, many companies offer a "no call out fee" pledge only to charge double for the first hours work. A call out fee is the only way to ensure time allocated to come and fix the issues and fuel consumed in travelling to you are covered. If we are unable to help (however unlikely this is - it hasn't happened yet) then we will be able to advise over the phone or in an email and we simply won't need
to come to you.

- PC Check-up includes : Virus/Spyware check and removal, performance optimisation, driver updates, internet security check and computer maintenance advice.
- PC and laptop servicing includes : PC check-up as well as internal cleaning. Dust inside the computer can considerably shorten the longevity of your machine, reduce performance and cause overheating. The service strips out each moving components and restores it to the original state.
- Network support examples: Securing your wireless network, adding additional computers to your existing network, fixing an issue with your existing network. 1 hour minimum charge.
